Even though I didn't expect the book to be small, I still enjoyed looking the design and concept of Space Jam! I collect Art and Design books like this to inspire me to be a cartoonist, animator, or at least an illustrator for children's books, cards, and whatnot.

I was a little disappointed with the size of this artbook - it's pocket size! The images and text are too small, although I don't regret buying it, just wish I had read the dimensions before buying. Still looks good, but it does no justice to the movie. If you're an art book enthusiast and like to see high quality big images, then you'll be better off just taking screenshots of the movie or looking up the production drawings on Google.

I bought this book, because I found the description to be intriguing. I've worked in offices for 10+ years now, and I wish I had read this book 10 years ago. By reading and considering the meaning and purposes behind each phrase (as applied to each situation), this book really depicts what the expectations should be in the workplace for admin professionals. From what I gathered, it's okay to speak up, to be confident, to offer suggestions to the boss and to your team when warranted, and to address conflict in a professional manner. I have already tried several phrases from this book and - like the author suggests in the intro - you don't have to use theses phrases verbatim (exactly as they are written), so just say the same thing but in your own words. I have already tried a few of these phrases out, and honestly at home, too, and it works. It's actually kind of funny, because it likely means I need to crank up my communication skills.

Just okay not as enlightening or helpful as I had hoped. Some of the suggestions sound smug and way too many start with"I".

i don't think well on my feet. i needed something to help me with responses to situations I was not ready for. Reading this helped.

This book is an indispensable comprehensive guide to the core concepts forming the discipline of Software Architecture. It extends ISO 42010 to provide a solid foundational nomenclature for the theory and practice of Software Architecture. I'd recommend this book to any software engineer who wants to expand their knowledge of Software Architecture.

Excellent academic treatment of all things architecture. I've gone through just over half of this textbook. This book is good enough that I have decided to finish the rest of the content. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the authors do not present real world examples of architecture. In retrospect, I have decided to give this book 5 stars, because real world examples of architecture are either competition sensitive or precluded from being revealed due to security considerations. The authors really should have found an IT shop or shops willing to reveal a number of best practice architectures, so that those interested could get a feel for how complex and interconnected best practice architectures are.This is an excellent textbook for students, and for those IT professionals who want to learn more about the architecture specialization, it is a good reference with an impressive continuity and it is very well organized in its introduction of all of the relevant concepts.

I've only read through the first 4 chapters and already I can tell that this architecture book is leaps and bounds over others. I would highly recommend it as an addition to any engineer's reference bookshelf.Shame the cover is a stock publisher's cover (see William Duarant books by the same publisher)

It means that Software Architecture is becoming main stream enough that it is now offered as a college course topic along with other software engineering topics. Enough so that books are being written in a format intended solely for that purpose.This book does a great job of covering a wide range of topics. It goes deep enough into each one of them to give the reader a great foundational understanding.At first I was a little leery of their use of the ArchStudio tool suite, but the further I got in the book and the more I used the tool I could see the value it has in the architecture process. The way they visually present their variation dimensions is really cool.I don't know quite how to explain it, but the book has a unique presentation that I haven't seen in other architecture books. I am not referring to how the material is arranged. I am referring to the material presented. I like it. It seems to bring to light all the topics in software architecture that are important, but they are explained in a unique enough way that it doesn't feel like your learning the same thing you learned in the last software architecture book.I read every book that comes out on the topic of software architecture for two reasons. The hope of learning something new, and to remind myself of all the things I have to keep in the forefront of my thinking, kind of a mental exercise. This book makes it easy to get my mental exercise. The authors have a good writing style that makes the material easy to get through.The only downside to this book is that you have to be a teacher to get access to the additional material the authors offer. It would be nice if they allowed anyone who has purchased the book access.I recommend this book for the beginner, as well as the experienced, software architect. It is a must read.

I purchased this laminated sheet to go with my copy of Wayne Gruden's Systematic Theology. I'm giving the product 5 stars because it does a good job of summarizing the book in just a few pages. If there is not enough information on the sheet for one's needs, then the best thing to do is to buy Grudem's 160 page book Christian Beliefs. But one is not going to find anything better unless one uses a super-tiny font, and then most people would have to buy a magnifying glass to use it, which defeats the purpose of using a laminated sheet. This product works well for me.Wayne Grudem's Systematic Theology is the best modern one volume systematic theology I know of. Bavinck's is excellent, but it is a multi-volume Systematic Theology, and though it has become available in English fairly recently, it is an older work.This laminated sheet is an excellent summary of the very readable tome by Grudem.

I bought this because, (a) I really like Grudem's book on the subject and, (b) I often get questions in my SS class about fairly complicated theological topics which Grudem addresses. This sheet is 3-hole punched and fits in the back of my SS notes notebook. I can easily flip it open if I need to get a quick reminder of (for instance) the communicable and incommunicable attributes of God, or the ordo salutis (order of salvation), etc.I'm not seminary-educated; just a lay-person teaching a SS class. But this reference sheet is like have a semester of seminary at the fingertips when I'm needing a quick reference to organize my thoughts on a biblical topic, or to get a verse reference. (That's another trick- since the sheet is laminated, you can write verse references on it in wet-erase marker that correspond with your current lessons, relevant scriptures, etc.)I highly recommend this reference. It's a great idea in general, and I hope other folks come out with more of these (I'd love one on the TULIP, another on different theological views of creation, another on different protestant teachings on baptism, etc.).

As a relatively "new" Christian, I have been greatly blessed by Dr. Wayne Grudem's Systematic Theology (check the reviews). It truly is a masterful work. Dr. Grudem hits the sweet spot of theological depth while being very readable and easily understood. Well, this week I ordered the Systematic Theology Laminated Sheet, and it is equally good. It's a six-panel laminated foldout of key Christian doctrines and concepts. Sadly, I would venture to say that most even long-time believers wouldn't be able to explain the basic concepts that are so concisely summarized here. It really is a great quick-reference for those that sometimes need to refresh themselves in the basics. Of course it's impossible to condense 1264 pages of theology into six 8 1/2" x 11" pages, but it really does an outstanding job of hitting the essentials (even eschatology).I recommend this very highly.

I have not had the time to thoroughly read this, however, from my first "glances", it appears to be very informative.

My husband is able to go to things in a moment by using this sheet. It is laminated well and holds up to heavy use. It makes it easier for my husband to find things and understand without reading the large book and is less time consuming. Its for the person who has little time.

It took a very long time to get to me, and was not carefully prepared for shipment, but thank God it is not damaged, just a little bent. Looks better than described. It is an quick outline of the major themes in systematic theology so you can brush up and not have to go through the whole book again, unless you want more in depth information then you do. Yet it is a good study guide tool.
